We have planned our 27 unit resort with the family group in mind. It is quiet and restful and yet only a block away from the centre of town. Aspen Ridge Resort is a park-within-a-park. Three acres of grass lawn with shady trees, gives ample space for children to play or adults to relax and grill steak outdoors. Lawn chairs and picnic tables are provided. For adults and children, we have a beautiful 50 foot heated swimming pool.

Aspen Ridge Resort welcomes you to Clear Lake and offers you the following types of accommodation:

'A' IDEAL FOR TWO:

1. A small bungalow with bedroom, bathroom, living-room kitchenette.

2. A rustic bungalow in its own grove of trees

3. Our honeymoon bungalow. A very comfortable larger bungalow with one large bedroom, tiled bathroom with tub and shower, and living room kitchenette.

'B' REASONABLE FOR FOUR:

1. This popular bungalow has a bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms, completely equipped kitchen and living room with davenport.

2. To our B-1 bungalow, we have added a wonderful screen porch. Enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing.

3. This B-1 has a glass porch, which adds greatly to the enclosed living area.

4. A large deluxe two-bedroom bungalow, lovely bathroom with tub and shower, living room, kitchen and screen porch.

5. A newer unit, enough room for 5 people, similar to B-4 but with an extra 1/2 bath and larger porch.

'C' ROOMY FOR SIX:

1. A very comfortable bungalow with three bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower, living room and kitchen, screened porch.

2. A spacious three-bedroom bungalow with screen porch. Within view of the pool.

3. Aspen Ridge's wonderful three-bedroom bungalow. Two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms, glass porch.

4. A charming, spacious three-bedroom unit, with two bathrooms and large screen porch.

COLOUR TV IN ALL UNITS

OPEN MAY TO THANKSGIVING

Each bungalow is heated, has a range for cooking, and electric refrigerator. All cooking utensils, dishes, bedding are supplied. A light cleaning is done weekly. Please bring your own personal and beach towels.

RESERVATIONS

A 2-day deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits accepted by cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard. The final payment is due upon arrival at Aspen Ridge Resort. Specific dates for arrival and departure must be given. PST and GST must be added to the rates quoted. Please refer to our high or low season rate schedule.
